PURCHASING

Responsibilities :

• Provide support to sourcing manager to source and evaluate new vendors for supply of identified materials for companys portfolio of business.
• Conduct monthly / periodic review of existing vendors, provide, negotiate and execute recommendations to ensure vendor performance on pricing, quality and delivery.
• Provide support to management in reviewing and recommending sourcing / procurement policies including use of appropriate tools to meet companys evolving business needs.
• Develop analysis tools with system to enhance job and intensify control and continuous improvement

Requirement :

• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and negotiable skills
• Confident, determined and self-assured.
• Hardworking, honest and cooperative with positive attitude
• Fluent in Mandarin more preferred and English
• Placement in Batam, so domicile in Batam would bu much preferred
