  • Min. HSK 4/ HSK 5/ equivalent.

  • Fluent in Mandarin (speaking, listening, reading and writing).

  • Detail oriented.

  • Can use excel program (medium level)

  • Experience in Purchasing/ Finance/ Accounting/ Auditor background

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Maintaining stock levels

  • Negotiating with vendors

  • Interviewing prospective suppliers

  • Procuring goods and services according to set requirements and budget

  • Maintaining purchasing data

  • Ensuring all supplies meet company standards

  • Handle office administration

  • Establishing professional relationships with vendors and suppliers.
