Quality Control Analyst (1 Year Contract)

We are currently looking for a Quality Control Analyst to ensure that the quality control of incoming raw materials meets GMP and company standards. This role involves analyzing samples, recording, evaluating, and reporting data using valid procedures with minimal supervision. Additional duties may be assigned as required by new developments or changes in the role. This role is available for one year contract. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

• Conduct chemical and physical testing for Raw Materials effectively and efficiently in compliance to valid analytical method and record the results in laboratory report, as per testing plan prepared by QC Lead.
• Support QC Supervisor/QC Lead to coordinate, monitoring, maintaining activities and schedule of sampling and testing of raw material with others QC Analyst in Laboratory Area, including Good Documentation Practice and data integrity shown on all GxP activities, work safety and working environment in accordance with EHS standards
• Immediately report any OOS, non-conformance, deviation during analysis in Laboratory Area and pro-actively support and lead investigation and root cause analysis process in coordination with QC Lead/ QC Supervision
• Act as responsible persons for Retained Sample Room and set governance in monitoring, maintaining activities in Retained Sample Area in coordination with QC Lead/ QC Supervisor
• Support for developments of raw material in coordination with Analytical Development team in execution of analytical method validation, change control initiation for new method/parameter development or AMV, maintaining schedule for AMV and trial for Raw Material, and report documentation for AMV
• Support to maintain and control reagen, reference standards and glassware activities in QC Laboratory Area

. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Vocational school for Chemical Analyst or associated science.
• 4 years in pharmaceutical or associated industry.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with:

• Understanding of basic manufacturing processes, laboratory activities and basic quality system.
• Good knowledge of analytical/ inspection techniques, precision and accuracy.
• Good knowledge of cGMPs and local regulatory requirements especially in good laboratory practices and good documentation practices.
• Proficient in operating laboratory instruments related to the work assignment.
• Good knowledge of troubleshooting analytical problems.
• Able to use MS office and internet.
• Able to have basic communication in English both verbal and written.
• Good team work and interpersonal skills.
• Result oriented, good reporting skill, strong analytical and numerical skills.
