About the role

PT Sumber Alam Cipta Makmur Abadi is seeking a full-time Quality Control professional to join our team in Cikande Banten. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality across our manufacturing and production processes, playing a vital part in maintaining our reputation for excellence.

What youll be doing

• Inspect and test raw materials, components, and finished products to ensure they meet quality standards

• Identify and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence

• Maintain detailed records of quality control procedures and findings

• Collaborate with production teams to optimise processes and minimise waste

• Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control practices

• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices in quality assurance

What were looking for

• Relevant qualifications in quality assurance, engineering, or a related technical field

• Minimum 1 years experience in a quality control or inspection role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industries

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address quality issues

• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards

• Proficient in using quality control tools and equipment

• Good communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
