Quality Control Staff
About the role
PT SUNRISE MASAMI INTERNASIONAL is seeking a talented Quality Control Staff to join our dynamic team in Banyuwangi, East Java. This is a contract position, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our manufacturing processes and products.
What youll be doing
Conducting thorough inspections and testing of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to identify and address any quality issues
Documenting and reporting on quality control findings, and implementing corrective actions as needed
Collaborating with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related problems
Maintaining detailed records and data related to quality control processes
Staying up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in quality assurance
Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures
What were looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience in a quality control or assurance role, preferably in the cans manufacturing industry
Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools
Proficiency in using quality control equipment and software for data analysis and reporting
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and teamwork abilities
Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards
