Responsibilities:
- Conduct a thorough quality check for all beauty items every inbound and provide documentation.
- Put a seal on all inbound items.
- Will be responsible / represent the MD team in handling customer complaints related to product authenticity.
- Align with MD regarding the need for samples or store display for Luxehouze.
- Assist MD & eCommerce team with the process of uploading new SKU.
- Update and curate products for weekly social media product push and flash sale needs.
- Responsible for assisting the MD team with stock-taking of beauty products stored in the warehouse whenever required.
Requirement & Qualifications:
- Must have 1 year of experience as a Customer service/Admin/Warehouse/Staff from an e-commerce company
- Beauty Enthusiast and know about luxury beauty brand sold by Luxehouze
- Must be very attention to detail
- Excel proficient (vlookup, index match)
- Able to WFO 3x / week
- Bonus point if you have been a QC person for retail products (especially beauty products).
