Quality Senior Staff - Stamping & Welding (Automotive)

Adecco Group is a global HR solutions company, currently supporting clients in the Automotive Manufacturing to find a Quality Senior Staff - Stamping and Welding Section to be placed in Cakung

Responsibility:

• Oversee and support daily machining operations to ensure efficient, accurate execution aligned with production goals.

• Monitoring and inspecting stamping and welding processes to ensure product quality.

• Conducting dimensional and visual inspections of parts.

• Analyzing defects and implementing corrective actions.

• Collaborating with production to maintain process standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related fields.

• Good English, both written and oral (Must)

• 2 of experience as Quality Staff for Stamping / Welding process)

• Excellent skill in making and interpreting Technical Drawing.

• Strong knowledge on 8-D Problem Solving, Six Sigma, and QC Tools.

• Good understanding of IATF 16949 will be a plus point.
