Quality System Compliance Officer

Job Description Summary: Ensure compliance with food safety standards and supporting programs (Prerequisite Programs/PRP). This position is responsible for assessing, auditing, and verifying the implementation of PRP in accordance with regulations and industry standards such as ISO 22000, HACCP, FSSC 22000, and FSMA. The role involves working with various departments in the refinery unit downstream in Indonesia to identify risks, provide recommendations for improvement, and support the continuous improvement of the food safety management system. Job Description:

• Responsible for conducting PRP (Prerequisite Program) Assessments to ensure compliance with Quality & Food Safety standards, including HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, FSMA, and other food safety regulations.
• Conduct audits and assessments of the implementation of Prerequisite Programs (PRP) in production facilities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable food safety, quality, and regulatory standards, including FSMA regulations.
• Identify potential food safety risks and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of Quality & Food Safety systems to enhance PRP effectiveness.
• Ensure implementation of Preventive Controls in accordance with FSMA, including Hazard Analysis and Risk-Based Preventive Controls (HARPC).
• Collaborate with related teams to ensure the supply chain meets Foreign Supplier Verification Program (FSVP) requirements in FSMA.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum education of a Bachelors degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Food Safety, or PRP Assessment.
• Understanding of food safety standards such as HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, GMP, PRP, and FSMA.
• Experience in internal audits related to food safety.
• Preferably have certification related to FSMA, HACCP, or food safety auditing.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail in assessing the implementation of food safety programs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
