We are seeking a dedicated Safety Trainer to support the Lowland Project. This role is critical in fostering a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with both Indonesian and international safety standards. The Safety Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering effective safety training programs to employees and contractors, both in the field and classroom settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: Conduct engaging safety training sessions for employees and contractors
• Curriculum Development: Create and update training materials, manuals, and assessments based on current safety standards
• Training Needs Assessment: Identify gaps through incident investigations, observations, and feedback
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate training records in the company's learning management system
• Safety Culture Promotion: Lead by example and promote safety awareness across the workforce
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure training aligns with Indonesian regulations and international standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO)
• Incident Investigation: Support investigations to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions
• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Indonesian safety regulations and international standards (OSHA, ISO)
• Proven experience in developing and delivering safety training programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP or similar systems is a plus
• Experience in mining, oil & gas, or heavy industry preferred
