Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research on heavy equipment such as excavators, forklifts, construction cranes, and mining trucks to support the company's product localization efforts in Indonesia and ensure alignment with local market needs.

• Collaborate with internal teams to translate market research findings into product development directions, driving optimization and innovation of localized products.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from Mechanical Engineering/related field (D4/S1)

• Experience in the heavy equipment industry with a strong understanding of product characteristics and market dynamics.

• Have strong knowledge for engine/hydraulic/chassis/pump for heavy duty equipment

• Ability to read and comprehend heavy equipment technical design drawings, and understand the design intentions.

• Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills for daily operations, business negotiations, and technical documentation.

• Strong market sensitivity and analytical skills to efficiently carry out research tasks.

• Proactive work attitude, strong team spirit, and high adaptability.
