As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and professional impression for all our visitors and clients. What youll be doing

  • Greeting and welcoming all visitors to the office with exceptional customer service

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a polite and efficient manner

  • Providing administrative support, such as managing the front desk, handling correspondence, and assisting with various projects as needed

  • Maintaining a professional and organized reception area

  • Representing the company with a positive, can-do attitude at all times

What were looking for

  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with office equipment

  • A friendly, professional and proactive approach to work

  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
