Recruitment and Sourcing Manager
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing high-volume hiring.
Fluent in English
Proven success in mass hiring for BPO or contact center roles (e.g. agents, TLs, trainers, support functions).
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing strategy to onboarding.
Experience in handling multiple sourcing channels, including job portals, social media, databases, and offline events.
Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies to meet aggressive hiring targets under tight deadlines.
Skilled in recruitment data analytics and reporting to monitor fulfillment progress and team performance.
Strong people management skills to lead and coach a team of recruiters, sourcers, and interviewers.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in collaborating with operations and client teams.
Familiar with recruitment tools (e.g. ATS, HRIS) and Google Workspace / Microsoft Office tools.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
