Recruitment Consultant
Working Days : Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 18:30, break 12:00 - 13:30Range Salary : Rp 5,500,000 - Rp 6,000,000 Gross (depends on candidates experience)
Qualifications :
1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field (Fresh graduates and Senior High School Diploa are welcome).
2. Strong interest in HR, recruitment, and talent management.
3. Fluent in English and Indonesian.
4. Able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with online job portals & LinkedIn - is a must.
5. Target-oriented and motivated to grow in the recruitment/headhunting industry.
6. Willing to attend occasional client meetings or networking events outside the office if required.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Understanding Client Request - Assist in gathering information from clients, including job descriptions, requirements, company background, and hiring preferences.
2. Sourcing Candidates - Use multiple channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and direct headhunting to find suitable candidates.
3. Screening & Shortlisting - Review CVs, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidates experience, skills, and cultural fit.
4. Interview & Assessment - Conduct initial interviews (online/face-to-face) and prepare interview summaries for clients.
5. Client Presentation - Submit shortlisted candidates with a professional report and recommend the best-fit candidates.
6. Interview Coordination - Arrange interviews between clients and candidates, provide schedules, reminders, and follow-ups.
7. Feedback Management - Collect feedback from both clients and candidates after interviews and communicate results professionally.
8. Offer Management - Assist in salary negotiation, prepare offer letters, and ensure candidate acceptance.
9. Onboarding Support - Guide candidates through onboarding process, ensuring smooth transition into the client company.
10. Guarantee Period Follow-up - Monitor candidate performance during the guarantee period, maintain communication with client and candidate, and assist with replacement if needed.
