Recruitment Executive

Gunung Sewu Kencana is looking for a passionate Entry-Level Recruitment Executive to join our team in the Food Production industry. In this full-time role based in DKI Jakarta, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process and ensuring the hiring needs of the organization are met. • Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements
• Post job openings on various platforms and social media channels
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure data accuracy
• Participate in recruitment events and job fairs

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
