Recruitment Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced Recruitment Manager to join our team at The Cakap Group in Canggu, Bali. As a key member of our HR and Recruitment function, you will be responsible for leading and managing our end-to-end recruitment processes to attract and secure the best talent for our rapidly growing organisation.

• Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various hospitality positions.

• Develop recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

• Conduct thorough screening, interviews, and practical tests.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring recruitment needs are fulfilled effectively.

• Oversee onboarding and induction support for new hires.

• Prepare recruitment reports and provide labor market analysis.

• Guide, coach, and support the recruitment team to achieve targets.

• Ensure compliance with HR policies and Indonesian labor laws.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & Recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry.

• Proven track record in handling end-to-end recruitment from staff to managerial levels.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Experienced in candidate assessment, practical tests, and reference checks.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

• Fluency in English is a strong advantage.
