Regional Sales Manager area Central

Requirements :

• Candidate must pass at least a bachelors degree in any major (preferably from a reputable university)

• Having 3 years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager in FMCG (preferably from Personal Care/Skin Care/Beauty Industry)

• Good leadership and teamwork

• Able to develop a channel sales strategy

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Having a strong database in General Trade

Job Description :

• Establish market strategy

• Help to seek new distributors & manage existing distributor performance, and develop a distribution plan

• Track and report the activities of competitors

• Analyzing market trends and competitors activities and formulating strategies

• Responsible for achieving the targets of their regional

• Monitoring and controlling all sales and promotions

• Manage operational and day-to-day sales activity in its area excellently

• Control the stock distributor, aware of stock at the central warehouse
