Responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving sales targets through local distributor in Sumbagsel area

• Manage the entire sales team of local distributor properly and in accordance with company target.

• Able to run Zero Bad Debt and Zero Manipulation

• Responsible for mapping and developing market potential in the Sumbagsel area

Qualifications:

• 3 years experience as Regional Sales Manager in the FMCG industry.

• Have experience to handle sales & distribution for Sumbagsel area

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any major

• Own driving licenses (Sim A & C)

• Have excellence business acumen

• Computer literate (Microsoft Office: Excel )

• Able to work under pressure & tight schedule

• Must be willing to travel

• Proficient knowledge of operational sales & distribution
