Registration Officer

About the role

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Registration Officer to join our team at PT. Bioplagen Indonesia. This is a full-time position based in Kosambi, Tangerang, where you will play a crucial role in managing the registration and regulatory compliance of our innovative agricultural products.

What youll be doing

• Oversee the entire product registration process, ensuring all necessary documentation and requirements are met

• Conduct thorough research and analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest regulations and guidelines in the agriculture industry

• Liaise with regulatory authorities and government agencies to ensure the timely and successful registration of our products

• Maintain detailed records and documentation related to the registration process

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prepare all required information for registration submissions

• Stay informed on any changes or updates to registration procedures and communicate them effectively to the team

• Provide support and guidance to the sales and marketing teams on regulatory matters

What were looking for

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field, such as agriculture, biology, or regulatory affairs

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar registration or regulatory compliance role, preferably in the agriculture or related industry

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

• Proficient in conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing detailed reports and documentation

• Thorough understanding of relevant regulations, guidelines, and industry best practices

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
