Reporting & Consolidation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a talented Reporting & Consolidation Specialist to join our dynamic team at PT Pancaran Samudera Transport Tbk in North Jakarta. As a key member of our Accounting & Tax department, this role is responsible for preparing accurate and timely consolidated financial statements in compliance with applicable reporting standards, including managing XBRL-based reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collect and verify financial data from subsidiaries and affiliates in real time, especially for significant transactions to be included in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

2. Prepare consolidated financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annually), including intercompany eliminations.

3. Review the consistency and compliance of financial reports with PSAK, OJK, and public reporting requirements.

4. Ensure monthly financial and tax reporting is completed within deadlines.

5. Support the preparation of the Annual Report and Sustainability Report in accordance with OJK and IDX requirements.

6. Coordinate with external auditors for annual audit requirements, including collecting and verifying supporting documents.

7. Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

What were looking for

1. Bachelors or Master degree in Accounting or Finance.

2. 5-10 years of experience in reporting & consolidation, preferably in a public listed company (Tbk.).

3. Familiarity and hands-on experience with XBRL reporting is a must.

4. Strong knowledge of PSAK and OJK reporting regulations.

5. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and relevant accounting software.

7. Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

8. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
