• Diperlukan 1 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini

Job Responsibilities

• Handle all reservation inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and booking platforms

• Ensure accurate and up-to-date booking information in the reservation system

• Coordinate with operations, host team, and F&B to ensure smooth guest experiences

• Respond promptly to guest requests and special arrangements

• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service

• Manage reservation schedules, capacities, and table allocations

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in beach clubs, restaurants, or luxury hospitality settings.

• Experience using reservation systems

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is a must; other languages are a plus).

• Sales-oriented with upselling capabilities and attention to detail.

• Calm and professional under pressure or during high-volume periods

• Tech-savvy and familiar with basic MS Office tools and digital booking platforms.
