About the role

Scoot Fast Cruises' is seeking a dedicated Reservation professional to join our team in South Denpasar Bali. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing customer reservations and providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless experience for our guests.

What you'll be doing

• Handling all incoming reservation requests via phone, email and online channels
• Providing accurate information about cruise itineraries, pricing and availability
• Booking and modifying reservations in a timely and efficient manner
• Resolving any customer inquiries or concerns related to reservations
• Maintaining detailed records of all reservation activities
• Collaborating with the wider cruise operations team to ensure smooth coordination
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell cruise packages and add-ons

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a reservation or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle customer queries effectively
• Proficient in using reservation systems and technology
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in English, with additional language skills an advantage
