As we continue to elevate our service standards, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our dining operations at Eminence Puncak.

As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service, hygiene, and efficiency. You will lead the service team, optimize revenue, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations aligned with the brand’s standards.

What you will do:

·      Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service

·      Lead, train, and supervise the service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences

·      Ensure service standards, hygiene, and food safety regulations are consistently maintained

·      Manage reservations, guest flow, and seating arrangements effectively

·      Monitor and improve guest satisfaction through feedback and service enhancements

·      Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination

·      Control costs, inventory, and operational expenses

·      Drive revenue through upselling, promotions, and service excellence

·      Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution

·      Prepare reports on sales, performance, and operational improvements

What we are looking for:

·      Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Hospitality Management or related field

·      Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

·      Strong leadership and team management skills

·      Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards

·      Strong communication and problem-solving skills

·      Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·      Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
