Job Title: Restaurant ManagerLocation: Ulekan Berawa, Bali, IndonesiaReports To: General Manager / Operations Manager

Position Overview:The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Ulekan Berawa, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards of food and service quality, managing staff performance, and driving operational efficiency and profitability. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality and Indonesian cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Management

    • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

    • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with health regulations.

    • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control effectively.

  2. Staff Management & Training

    • Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff to deliver outstanding service.

    • Prepare staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching or disciplinary actions when needed.

  3. Customer Experience

    • Ensure guests receive high-quality food and service that reflect Ulekans brand values.

    • Handle customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.

    • Build strong relationships with regular guests to encourage repeat business.

  4. Financial Management

    • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling operational costs.

    • Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue.

    • Ensure proper cash handling and accurate daily sales reports.

  5. Marketing & Promotion Support

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions, events, and special menus.

    • Support social media and public relations activities to enhance brand visibility.

  6. Compliance & Standards

    • Ensure compliance with all company policies, local regulations, and licensing requirements.

    • Maintain restaurant ambiance, presentation, and service according to brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

  • Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and culture is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Indonesian language skills are a plus.

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
