About the role As the Restaurant Manager at Ocean Dynasty Restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of our bustling establishment in the heart of Kuta, Bali. This is a full-time position that requires your leadership and expertise to ensure our customers receive an exceptional dining experience every time.

What youll be doing

1. Manage and motivate a team of service staff to deliver outstanding customer service

2. Oversee all front-of-house operations, including reservations, seating, and table management

3. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

4. Monitor inventory levels and liaise with the kitchen team to maintain consistent menu offerings

5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner

6. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and customer satisfaction

7. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the restaurant and its offerings

8. Provide regular performance feedback and coaching to your team

What were looking for

1. Significant experience (3+ years) in a similar restaurant management role

2. Strong leadership and people management skills

3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities

4. Proficient in inventory management and financial reporting

5. Up-to-date knowledge of food safety and hospitality industry regulations

6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills

7. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
