RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a professional Restaurant Supervisor to support our client in overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent service standards. The ideal candidate is experienced in restaurant management, detail-oriented, and capable of leading a team to maintain smooth and efficient workflows.

Our client is a restaurant business owner based in Ubud, Bali looking for a reliable and proactive supervisor to help manage day-to-day activities, coordinate staff, and ensure high-quality guest experiences.

Job Position : Restaurant Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and resolve any issues promptly.
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain excellent communication.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards are consistently met
• Assist with stock control, ordering supplies, and monitoring inventory levels

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a senior role within the F&B industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with restaurant operations, POS systems, and basic reporting.
