Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and ensure business development roadmap is clear in order to achieve Perusahaan’s business goals - Retail Industry Environment.
• Develop potential Lokasis for opening new stores based on the feasibility study analysis and Capex model in order to meets with Perusahaan’s expansions target.
• Direct site visit analysis with landlord and affiliate d property agents in order to explore the opportunity for reLokasi existing stores and op/ening of new stores which having strong brand Posisiing at the new cities.
• Achieve the target business development and opening of new stores that are profitable for the Perusahaan’s business.
• Prepares supporting data to the relevant stakeholders and team member for business decision making process.
• Maintain relationship with tenants, landlord and affiliated property agents for both existing and upcoming project in order to keep mutual beneficially relationship in the future.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree / Master degree holder any field (preferred in Real Estate / Property Management, Business Administration).
• Minimum 5+ years working experience in retail industry would be a plus.
• Good in Microsoft Office specially Excel is a must.
• Must be able to communicate in Bahasa and English.
