Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Retail or Finance or Retail Domain SME (Retail merchandizing or understanding of )
  • Translate business needs into functional requirements and solution roadmaps
  • Engage closely with local business stakeholders and end users to ensure solutions are contextually relevant and user-friendly
  • Manage stakeholders across local teams, regional leadership, and vendors
  • Drive regulatory compliance and market-specific adaptations
  • Govern programs via PMO frameworks (scope, schedule, budget, risks)
  • Track KPIs, financials, and program health reporting
  • Manage stakeholders, steering committees, and escalations
  • Drive on-time delivery and transformation initiatives

Must have Skills

  • Strong domain knowledge in one of below topics (Finance or procurement):

  • General Ledger

Procurement

  • Purchasing

Oracle Retail

  • Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service
  • AlLokasi Cloud Service
  • Invoice Matching Cloud Service
  • Pricing Cloud Service
  • Enterprise Inventory Cloud Service
  • Strong stakeholder engagement with locally diverse teams
  • Ability to bridge global solutions with local needs
  • Expertise in Bahasa reading, understanding and writing

Expertise in PMO, program delivery, and financial governance

  • Tools: JIRA, MS Project, dashboards (Power BI, Excel)
  • Strong stakeholder management & communication
  • Analytical mindset with financial acumen

Qualifications

  • 8 - 10 years experience in Finance + PMO
  • PMP / Agile certifications preferred
  • MBA (Finance/Strategy) – good to have
