The Drawing Board

A Revenue Specialist is a person who is responsible for the day-to-day management of a hotel pricing.

What you'll do

• Estimating future demand based on historical data and current market conditions (competition, consumer buying behavior, etc.)
• Analysis on the effects of seasonality and competition on the demand and maximization of revenues with effective inventory management (maximum revenue achieved with maximum occupancy)
• Analysis and reporting of hotel performance (analyze booking profiles on a systematic and as required basis to ensure optimal room inventory alLokasis and to identify incremental profit opportunities)
• Introducing strategic decisions to improve hotel occupancy, gross sales, RevPar and profitability
• Revenue Optimization on different channels (Direct, Corporate, and OTA)
• On-boarding of properties to Redfox – RedDoorz’s in-house pricing system
• Responsible for day to day pricing executions and loading on different pricing systems and other BAU tasks
• Conduct regular checks on each properties pricing set up from system to front end

Competencies for success

• Firm understanding on the principles, concepts and practices of Revenue Management and Pricing
• Forecasting and Demand Analysis
• Data Reporting and Analytics; Ability to present findings and giving recommendations to other departments and to the upper management
• Ability to handle confidential materials
• Excellent communication skills
• Entrepreneurial attitude – ability to take ownership and deliver results
• Knowledge on SQL, Tableau an advantage but not required
• Attention to details and ability to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, PPT, and Excel) and Google Suite (Sheet, Docs, and etc.)
• Amenable reporting to our Makati site on a Hybrid set up
• Hotel experience is not required

We'd love it if you have...

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Commerce or any related course.
• Minimum of 2-3 years experience with Revenue and Data Analytics/Data Analysis
