Ride-hailing Operational Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage end-to-end operations of the ride-hailing business.

• Drive supply-demand balance by ensuring optimal driver-partner availability and service reliability.

• Design, monitor, and improve operational KPIs.

• Develop and implement strategies to increase market penetration and achieve business growth targets.

• Lead, coach, and manage the operations team.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence.

• Ensure compliance with local transportation regulations and company SOPs.

• Build strong relationships with driver-partners, community leaders, and local stakeholders.

• Manage crisis situations and resolve operational issues promptly.

• Provide regular operational reports and insights to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Operations, or related field.

• Minimum 3-4 years of proven experience as a City/Regional Manager or equivalent role in the ride-hailing industry (e.g., Gojek, Grab, Maxim, InDrive, etc).

• Strong knowledge of ride-hailing operations, regulations, and market dynamics in Indonesia.

• Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including fluency in English.

• Ability to work under pressure with fast-changing business environments.

• Proficiency in operational data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking.

• Interested in handling pilot project from the ground.

• Willing to work Monday to Saturday with high mobility at Kebayoran, South Jakarta.
