As the Account Manager at Status Pro Studio, you will be the primary liaison between the agency and its clients, driving exceptional service delivery and building lasting relationships. In this role, you will manage client portfolios, coordinate cross-functional teams, and oversee project execution to ensure alignment with client objectives and the Perusahaan’s mission. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will maintain clear communication, anticipate client needs, and deliver solutions that exceed expectations. With a deep understanding of the sports industry and a commitment to excellence, you will help Posisi Status Pro Studio as a leader, fostering growth and long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Understand client objectives and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Provide proactive communication and updates to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of client initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and creative, to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain accountability for deliverables.
  • Develop and execute strategies that align with client goals and Perusahaan objectives.
  • Identify growth opportunities within client accounts to drive revenue and deepen partnerships.
  • Stay informed on industry trends to provide insights and innovative recommendations.
  • Measure and report on the success of client initiatives, using data-driven insights to improve outcomes.
  • Provide regular performance reviews and updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in account management, client services, or a similar role, preferably within the sports, entertainment, or marketing industry.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the sports industry and a passion for understanding athlete and partner needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle pressure, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a client-Pertama mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience in sports marketing or athlete representation is highly desirable.
