Fas a Fas is a growing bakery and café brand in Bali with two outlets and a thriving wholesale business. Were passionate about artisanal breads, pastries, and coffee — and were expanding our wholesale operations.

We are looking for a Sales Admin (Wholesale) to support our sales team by managing customer orders, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for our wholesale clients.

What Youll Do

• Handle wholesale customer inquiries and process orders efficiently

• Maintain accurate sales records, invoices, and delivery schedules

• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries

• Prepare sales reports and monitor customer accounts

• Support the sales team with administrative tasks and client follow-ups

• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners

What Were Looking For

• Diploma/Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field

• Experience as a Sales Admin or similar role (F&B or wholesale preferred)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data

• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace

• Based in Bali
