Responsibilities of an SMM Marketer:

 • Developing and managing a content plan for social media (Instagram, VK, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube).

 • Creating and publishing posts, stories, reels, and short videos.

 • Engaging with followers: responding to comments and messages, handling feedback.

 • Launching and optimizing targeted advertising campaigns.

 • Searching for and collaborating with bloggers and influencers.

 • Monitoring trends and promptly integrating them into content.

 • Analyzing performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and preparing reports.

 • Maintaining the brands image and reputation on social media.

Assisting in the development of the companys overall marketing strategy.

Qualifications

  • Education:

    • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field (preferred, but not always required).

  • Experience & Skills:

    • Proven experience managing social media platforms (2-3 years for mid-level).

    • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.

    • Knowledge of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.).

    • Understanding of social media KPIs and analytics.

    • Experience with paid ads campaign management.

    • Creative thinking and strong storytelling ability.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Other Requirements:

    • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

    • Up-to-date with digital technology and social trends.

    • Graphic design, video editing, or photography skills (a plus).
