About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to joint PT. Fohoway International Indonesia an international company operating in the field of medical devices with a Multi Level Marketing (MLM) system .

In this full-time role based in Pontianak , you will be responsible for managing and growing as Sales and Marketing Supervisor, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth for the business.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Experience 3 years experiences working with enterprise segmentation

• Bachelors degree, any major min GPA 3,0 (preferably from health major)

• Preferably have experience working in the MLM field

• Great inter-personal skill and teamwork

• Strong Communication written and verbal communication and organizational skills

• Creative person, fast learner and adaptive

• Managing relationship and being point-of-contact of clients

• Familiar with sales tools such as  Microsoft Office

• English Active

Tasks & responsibilities

• Generate business opportunities through professionals prospecting and networking

• Create demand by mapping customers needs

• Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunity

• Drive the entire process from outreach, solutioning, negotiating and closing

• Log all sales activity  and report all activity to the management

• Responsible for turnover targets in the region
