• Sales Assistant

  Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers professionally. Offer product information and advice, resolve inquiries or concerns, and promote products to achieve sales goals. Support customers in purchasing decisions, maintain store organization and cleanliness, manage product displays and stock levels, accurately process transactions using various payment methods, and assist with inventory management and replenishment.

• Store Supervisor

  Supervise and lead a sales team to meet performance targets while ensuring exceptional customer service. Address customer concerns promptly and professionally. Monitor sales trends, implement strategies to drive revenue, and contribute to data analysis and improvement initiatives. Oversee store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, stock replenishment, and opening/closing procedures. Collaborate with management to optimize inventory and enhance overall store performance.
