Kualifikasi pekerjaan:A Magazine company in Lombok is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales and Event Coordinator (Full-time, On-Site)
Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and deliver events such as magazine launches, industry mixers, and reader meet-ups—from concept to completion.
Coordinate with internal teams (editorial, marketing, design) and external partners (vendors, sponsors) to ensure every event is a success.
Manage budgets, negotiate with suppliers, and track event expenses.
Support our sales team with client proposals, media kits, lead tracking, and follow-ups.
Create engaging promotional materials for events and campaigns across print, digital, and social media.
Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports with insights and recommendations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
1-3 years' experience in event coordination, sales support, or marketing—preferably in media, publishing, or lifestyle industries.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and people skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event/CRM tools; familiarity with social media and design software is a plus.
Ability to work flexible hours and travel when needed.
A creative, solution-oriented mindset and a love for bringing people together.
