We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & CRM Executive who can manage customer relationships, deliver a premium shopping experience, and actively drive sales conversions and repeat revenue growth.
What You'll Do
Manage the full customer journey from pre-purchase to post-delivery, ensuring a smooth and premium buying experience
Handle 75–100 customer inquiries per day via phone, email, and live chat
Provide product consultation and guide customers through the purchase process to drive sales conversions
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities when assisting customers shopping for premium furniture
Resolve customer issues and escalations quickly and professionally
Build and maintain relationships with VIP and corporate customers to encourage repeat purchases and long-term account value
Monitor and protect key metrics such as CSAT, retention, conversion rate, and repeat purchase rate
Coordinate with Marketing, Logistics, Merchandising, and Web teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience
What You’ll Bring
2+ years experience in E-commerce, Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, or consultative sales roles
Ability to handle high inquiry volume (75–100 cases per day) while maintaining service quality
Proven ability to drive sales conversion and customer satisfaction simultaneously
Fluent written and spoken English at a professional level
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, reporting)
Tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred (Good to Have)
Experience in furniture, Beranda decoration, or luxury retail
