SALES ENGINEER

  1. Meet and exceed sales targets.

  2. Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.

  3. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking.

  4. Manage complex negotiations.

  5. Provide excellent after-sales service, handling customer complaints and concerns in a clear, courteous and friendly manner.

  6. Collaborate with team to achieve better results.

  7. Daily, monthly, annual reports related to sales achievement.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree in related field.

  2. A minimum of 1 years experience in B2B Sales.

  3. Professional looking, initiative and good communication skill.

  4. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, thriving amidst uncertainty.

  5. Possess pleasant personality, discipline, attention to detail.

  6. Can work independently as well as a team member.

  7. Proficient in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).

  8. Work placement : East Central Java Province.
