Sales Engineer Electrical (Cikarang Based)

Job Description:

• Presenting and demonstrating complex technical products and services to prospective and existing clients.

• Understanding client requirements and collaborating with technical staff to engineer solutions and product adaptations.

• Providing pre-sales technical assistance, after-sales support, and product training to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Developing long-term relationships with clients and acting as a liaison between the customer and the companys technical and sales teams.

• Collaborating with research and development (R&D) and marketing teams to provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and potential new product features or developments.

• Preparing technical proposals, cost estimates, and complex quotations for clients.

• Staying informed about market trends, competitive products, and industry standards to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a bachelors degree in engineering. Electrical engineering graduates are preferred.

• General knowledge of electrical systems.

• Minimum of two years of project sales experience in the oil and gas or mining industry. Experience in project sales for electrical panel products is preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
