About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Engineering Staff to join our team at PT Miura Indonesia in Semarang, Central Java. In this contract role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products and services.

What youll be doing

  • Providing technical support and guidance to our sales team and customers

  • Assisting with the preparation of quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents

  • Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for customers

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs

  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements

  • Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues that may arise

  • Maintaining detailed records and providing regular reports on sales activities

What were looking for

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales engineering or technical sales role

  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and colleagues

  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

  • Familiarity with the local market and industry regulations is preferred

  • Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is required

  • Have drivers license (SIM A)

  • Have the ability to operate Microsoft Office and can make presentations.
