Our client, one of the worlds leading construction equipment manufacturers, is currently looking for a Sales Excavator Manager to be placed in Palembang area, with details as below.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies for the mining sector, focusing on new business and client retention.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, offering tailored solutions.
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through performance monitoring and corrective actions.
Conduct market research to track trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
Provide technical support, product training, and collaborate with engineering to meet client needs.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery, manage sales operations, and represent the company at industry events.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree: A bachelors degree in business, marketing, engineering (mechanical or industrial), or a related field is often required.
Heavy Equipment Knowledge: A strong understanding of construction and mining industry dynamics, including equipment usage and procurement processes, is essential.
Sales Management Experience: Some roles may require experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
