Sales Executive

PT. Sistem Polifilm Hijau (SPH) established in Cikarang, West Java, Indonesia, specializing in manufacturing of custom linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE) film is a trusted partner for various industries, offering high-quality blown film solutions tailored to meet diverse packaging needs.

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about building client relationships and driving business growth.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends

• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals

• Collaborate with internal teams (production, planning, and logistics) to ensure customer satisfaction

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the manufacturing or packaging industry

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical thinking and result-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet and exceed sales targets
