Sales Force Effectiveness Executive

  • Measures how efficiently a sales team through predefined KPIs such as call coverage, call achievement, hit call

  • Matrix each reps based on their performance (results) and process, helping managers to understand the strengths and weaknesses of their team and to implement targeted development strategies

  • Provide training for using mobile apps to new reps and refreshment to old reps

  • Provide regular daily sales reports to stakeholders

  • Calculate and analyze the incentive achievements of each rep and process it to related functions

  • Assist and develop reps in various opportunities to increase sales & productivity including necessary trainings

  • Collaborate and coordinate with the sales, marketing and regional teams regarding tracking programs and projects currently being carried out

  • Review sales reports and analysis. Evaluate sales trends/forecasts and form meaningful conclusions to facilitate strategic decisionsDevelop, monitor and recommend continuous improvement on sales processes, sales plans, customer retention.
