Sales Force Effectiveness Executive
Measures how efficiently a sales team through predefined KPIs such as call coverage, call achievement, hit call
Matrix each reps based on their performance (results) and process, helping managers to understand the strengths and weaknesses of their team and to implement targeted development strategies
Provide training for using mobile apps to new reps and refreshment to old reps
Provide regular daily sales reports to stakeholders
Calculate and analyze the incentive achievements of each rep and process it to related functions
Assist and develop reps in various opportunities to increase sales & productivity including necessary trainings
Collaborate and coordinate with the sales, marketing and regional teams regarding tracking programs and projects currently being carried out
Review sales reports and analysis. Evaluate sales trends/forecasts and form meaningful conclusions to facilitate strategic decisionsDevelop, monitor and recommend continuous improvement on sales processes, sales plans, customer retention.
