About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at PT. ARIS KEEP GOING. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve ambitious revenue targets. This is a full-time position based in Jakarta.

What youll be doing

  1. Developing and executing effective sales strategies to drive business growth

  2. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients

  3. Coaching, training, and mentoring the sales team to enhance their performance

  4. Analysing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and implement tactical improvements

  5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the overall business objectives

  6. Reporting on sales performance and providing insights to senior management

What were looking for

  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales management role, preferably in the Electronic industry

  2. Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth

  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  5. Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) tools

  6. Bachelors degree or equivalent in a relevant field
