Sales Manager
A Food Distributor Company in Denpasar, Bali is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Sales Manager (Full-time)
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve company targets
Manage and lead the sales team, providing training, coaching and performance guidance
Identify and secure new business opportunities across FMCG, B2B and Horeca markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors and key stakeholders at both local and national levels
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to support decision-making and strategy refinement
Prepare accurate forecasts, sales reports and presentations for management
Ensure customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and after-sales support
Negotiate contracts, pricing and partnerships with distributors and key accounts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations, finance) to support business objectives
Requirements:
Proven at least 5 years working experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role in FMCG, B2B, or Horeca sectors
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
In-depth knowledge of the food market (FMCG) at national and Jabodetabek levels
Strong track record in customer relationship management with accurate database handling
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
Proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve ambitious targets under pressure
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Well-connected with local and national FMCG distributors
