SALES MANAGER (INDUSTRIAL ESTATE)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Act as company representative.
Design a flexible and effective way to enter markets, esp. for Heavy Industry
Coordinate with Branding & Communication Department to develop marketing initiatives for specific events.
Develop robust sales planning
Define criteria to identify potential tenants (high utility usage)
Prepare periodic forecast & sales realization
Develop account planning for engaging potential tenants.
Understanding potential tenants business circumstances.
Identify possible product & pricing offering for potential tenants with long term objectives (special customers with special requirements).
Define appropriate communication plan including appointment of key representative.
Execute account plan to achieve sales realization.
Build strong communication with potential tenants.
Monitor sales progress against budget plan.
Provide proposal to potential tenants.
Act as company representative for negotiation to reach an agreement.
Monitor land preparation prior to tenant handover.
REQUIREMENT :
Bachelors Degree in Chinese Literature / International Business Management / Marketing with minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university.
At least15 years of working experience as Sales Marketing, esp. Industrial Estate
Fluent in written and oral communication skills, in Mandarin and English is a MUST and other foreign language.
Strong leadership, independent, strong analytical thinking, good communication & good interpersonal skill.
Willing to be placed at Gresik, East Java
