About The Company:

  • The working venue is in South Jakarta.

  • Our client is a Logistics company. Currently, they are looking for Sales Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for freight forwarding services (air, sea, land) and warehouse services.

  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals.

  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and terms with customers as well as carriers/subcontractors.

  • Conduct credit research and manage outstanding payments.

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.

  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts.

  • Attend industry events and networking activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

  • At least High Conversational level of English.

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding, logistics industry, and at least 3 years as Sales Manager at Freight Forwarding Business.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.

  • Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and logistics solutions.

  • Leadership experience and ability to manage a team.

  • Proficient in MS Office.

  • Ability to travel as required.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
