Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving business growth? We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Manager to help expand our presence in Indonesia's dynamic food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth by managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities.
  • Partner closely with distributors to execute sales strategies, customer visits, and pipeline development activities.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and provide commercial support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Technical, QA, and Regulatory to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support business growth.
  • Manage sales forecasts, project pipelines, and business reporting with accuracy.
  • Support regulatory and documentation processes, including BPOM, Halal, and import-related requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within food ingredients, flavours, or the F&B manufacturing industry.
  • Strong understanding of product development cycles, ingredient applications, or technical-commercial discussions.
  • Proven track record of developing customer relationships and converting opportunities into sales results.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Experience working with distributors, key accounts, importers, or channel partners in Indonesia.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for customer visits and market development activities.
