Hotel Sales Manager is responsible for generating revenue by selling hotel rooms, MICE facilities (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), and other services. This role involves building strong business relationships, acquiring new clients, maintaining corporate and travel agent accounts, and executing strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales strategies targeting key market segments (corporate, government, leisure, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct sales visits, presentations, and attend travel fairs or business networking events.
Coordinate with Reservations, Front Office, and Banquet teams to ensure client needs are met.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and analyze performance against targets.
Manage contracts and negotiations with corporate clients, travel agencies, and OTA platforms.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities.
Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering on the promises made during the sales process.
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Management.
At least 3 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry.
Strong business network within the corporate or travel trade sectors.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Target-driven and able to work under pressure.
Familiarity with hotel PMS (e.g., Opera, VHP) and CRM software is a plus.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
