ABOUT THE ROLE
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Sales Manager who carries the right energy, ambition, and emotional intelligence to represent Tiara Hana with authenticity and distinction. This role is designed for someone who naturally understands people, leads with humility, and knows how to build trust in a refined and caring way.
As our Sales Manager, you will be based in Bogor and serve as the operational heart of our sales effort, personally managing consultations and qualified leads while developing the systems, standards, and team culture that will carry Tiara Hana's brand forward.
RESPONSIBILITIES
What You'll Do
- Personally handle qualified leads and conduct ownership consultations end-to-end
- Sell inspection stays and property experiences to prospective clients from across Indonesia
- Maintain a premium, organised, and memorable client journey at every touchpoint
- Master Tiara Hana's brand philosophy, communication standards, and consultation approach
- Manage follow-up, relationship nurturing, and closing with care and professionalism
- Collaborate closely with the HQ marketing and branding division
- Contribute to the development of sales processes, team standards, and a culture of excellence
- Support onboarding and coaching of future sales team members as the division grows

The Pertama phase of this journey is dedicated to deeply understanding Tiara Hana's ownership consultation approach — how we engage premium clients, communicate value, and create client experiences that feel personal and meaningful. You will handle live leads and consultations throughout this phase, building mastery in real time.
This role is based in Bogor, with full support from Tiara Hana HQ. Housing accommodation in Bogor will be provided and discussed upon offer.
