Sales Manager Vape/E-cigarettes (To B)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Key Distributor Management:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with core distributors across Indonesia.

    • Coordinate order processing, delivery, and payment workflows to ensure smooth operations.

    • Support distributors in setting and achieving annual and quarterly sales targets.

  2. Sales Team Leadership:

    • Manage and guide sales representatives and field teams in their day-to-day activities.

    • Provide regular training, set targets, and conduct performance evaluations.

    • Help the team expand store coverage and improve order conversion rates.

  3. Sales Strategy & Execution:

    • Develop localized sales strategies and promotional plans based on market dynamics.

    • Analyze sales data and market feedback to adjust execution plans and regional focus.

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with brand-building campaigns.

  4. Sales Data Management & Reporting:

    • Compile and analyze sales reports from both distributors and internal teams.

    • Provide regular updates to headquarters, including performance insights and actionable recommendations.

Requirements:
  • Around 30 years old

  • Diploma or higher education in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in vape/e-cigarette industry.

  • Familiarity with the Indonesian market and distribution landscape; existing distributor network is a strong plus.

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.

  • Goal-oriented, responsible, able to work under pressure, and willing to travel as needed.
